SHIPPING

All domestic / US orders are shipped via US Mail. The charges below include all shipping and handling costs -- such as carrier charges, packing materials and personnel. Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for delivery. Custom orders may require up to 5 additional business days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CANADA

All international orders are shipped via US Mail. This is the most economical way. We regret that our site is not specifically designed to accommodate shipping to international destinations, but we are happy to ship your purchases abroad

Shipping charges will be calculated at time of shipping. Once the shipping charges have been determined, we will put through a charge for that amount. We will email you the cost for your records.

All Duties and Taxes are your responsibility. It is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. The shipping charges you pay to the Cowgirl Chicks do NOT include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties. If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned to Cowgirl Chicks and we will be charged the customs fees plus return shipping costs. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees. We are not responsible for packages beyond the port of entry. Cowgirl Chicks has no way of estimating customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. so please do not ask us to do so - we don't have this information. Please contact your local customs office if you need to know more. All customs forms will be filled out accurately to reflect the total value of your products. We will always indicate when asked that the package is MERCHANDISE. Please do not ask us to mark "gift" to avoid fees or taxes by your country. If asked to do this, we will cancel your order. No refunds are issued for returns, but store credit will be issued. International orders require 5-7 days processing time before shipping.
